PreSonus Firebox breakout cable pinout

I've recently acquired a PreSonus Firebox. As a mobile DJ one of many soundcard requirements was to be able to connect midi directly via device and skimp on wasting one USB port. For that to be done sucessfully, I needed a pinout of the firebox breakout cable that connects MIDI and SPDIF I/O.

I have received the breakout cable with the firebox but there was no need for me to connect SPDIF and MIDI in. That was the reason why I've deceided to build direct d-sub9 to midi cable and learn something new along the way.

The pinout for PreSonus Firebox breakout cable is:
